Primary Responsibilities
• Develops and works with the Executive team the implementation of strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goal expectations with appropriate VP.
• Reviews market analysis to determine specific needs based on client base and regional expectations.
• Uses analysis to assist the executive team in assigning sales territories or potential for addition to the sales staff.
• Analyzes sales statistics to assist in formulating sales policies and support the sales staff in new customer growth.
• Provide advisement and guidance on RFP strategies.
• Monitors and evaluates activities of Nesco competition.
• Works with marketing to develop sales presentations for use in the field.
• Represents Nesco at trade association meetings to promote the company.
• Works with the training department to create new training strategies and gap analysis.
• Regularly prepares reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of possible expansion.
• Works closely with finance to insure sales results are accurate.
Successful Candidate Attributes:
• Bachelors or Associates Degree
• Proven sales experience in a service industry
• Multi-site service experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication ability
• Strong customer service skills and business ethics
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous staffing industry experience a plus
• Business-to-business sales experience
