JobDiva My Time App for Time Keeping

With the JobDiva MyTime App for Android and iOS, contract employees can now enter and submit Timesheets and Expenses from their mobile devices.

Employees can download the free JobDiva MyTime app by navigating to the Play Store on their Android or Apple Store on their iOS then searching for ‘JobDiva MyTime.’

After downloading and opening the App, the Employee will enter the credentials for their Employee Portal login. Now the Employee can tap [Add Portals] or [Done] to add immediate access to the Portal. The Employee will then be taken back to the main Portal screen.

Submitting Timesheets

The Employee will then see a list of all Jobs for which they have a Start date and an Approved Assignment Record.

When the Employee taps on an Assignment, they will be brought to a list of all Timesheets for the Assignment.

These Timesheets can be filtered by entering a partial or complete Week Ending Date.

The Timesheets can also be filtered by their status:

Editable Timesheets include those Timesheets that haven’t been entered yet, that have been started but not submitted, and that have been rejected and need to be resubmitted. They will be marked with a pen symbol.

Pending Timesheets include those Timesheets that have been submitted but not yet Approved or Rejected. They will be marked with an orange clock symbol

Approved Timesheeets will be marked with a green checkmark symbol

Rejected Timesheets will be marked with a red X symbol

The Employee will tap on a Timesheet to view it and edit it, if applicable

They can then tap on a date to enter or edit hours, tapping ‘Regular’ to enter normal billed hours. When they are finished they will tap [back] or [Save].

When they are finished entering their hours, Users can either tap [Submit] for the entire Timesheet, or press Back to save the hours; they can then Submit later on.

After submitting the Timesheet, they will be taken back to the main Timesheets screen and will see a clock icon next to the Timesheet they’ve submitted. This indicates that the Timesheet is awaiting a response from the Approver.

Once the Approver has responded to the Timesheet, either Approving or Rejecting it, the Employee will receive a notification on their Android or iOS.

If they do not receive a notification they can check to make sure notifications are enabled under Settings in the MyTime App.

The Employee can also go to Notifications in the App to see a list of Notifications regarding their Timesheets.

They can click on a Notification to see its details.

If an Employee’s Timesheet is Approved, no further action by them is necessary.

If their Timesheet is Rejected though, they will need to review the Approver’s Rejection Comments when they open tap on the Timesheet, make the necessary changes to their Timesheet, and resubmit it.

Submitting Expenses

Employees eligible to submit Expenses can submit their Expenses via the MyTime App. Tap ‘Expenses’ in the MyTime App.

Then they can click the Assignment to enter Expenses. Then they can enter Expenses against an Assignment by choosing a Weekending date.

They can then tap one of the dates. Then they can enter values for specific Expense types.

Once the expenses are entered for the date they can go Back to enter more Expenses for other dates of the week ending.

Employees can also attach images to the Expense by tapping ‘Attachments.’ section at the bottom of the Work Week

When the Employee is finished entering the Expenses, they can click [Submit] to send the Expense to the Timesheet Approver.

A notification will pop up after the Employee confirms they would like to Submit the Expense
